Designers & Project Architects
- a recognized degree in architecture
- minimum 5 years of relevant experince in architectural practice preferred
- goodknowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.
- abilityto read, write, and speak english.
- strong design and management skills
- good interpesonals skills
- knowledge of computer drafting and presentation programes such as microstation, photoshop, and sketchup are preferred.
Contracts Officers
- degree in building/construction Management/QuantitySurveying Preferred
- diploma holders from relevant course/institution will be considered
- with 3 to 5 years relevantworking experince in project coordination and management and contract administration
- experince in construction industry preferred
- knowledge in microsoft programming andprimavera software is essential
- ability to read, write, and speak english.
