VP Mining Operations
An established group is seeking a dedicated VP Operations to join the expanding mining. This position will require you to possess the following:
- strong operational background related to underground mining activities
- at least 10 years experince as a senior member in a middle-sized mining organization
- ableto converse well in english as well as capable of regular reporting with good english
- familiar with 3D modelling software application.
- good leadership quality and able to communicatewell at alllevels andbe well-versed in local cultural diversities
- adecisive and tough negotiator with a resourceful mind,willing to work hrd for the goals as set by the company.
You must be energetic, driven, independent, enthusiatic and persuasive. You will have a track record of being results oriented and able to work long hours.
